We’re excited to announce that SlapCityUK will be attending this year’s Isle of Wight Takeover, joining the event as part of a driving holiday packed with activities throughout the entire weekend. The Isle of Wight Takeover 2025 is extra special this year, celebrating its 10th anniversary, making it one of the biggest and most exciting car events in the UK. The weekend kicks off on Saturday, May 17th with an exclusive evening celebration, featuring live music, fireworks, and plenty of food and entertainment.

The main event on Sunday, May 18th at Robin Hill Country Park will showcase a massive car show with vehicles from clubs across the UK and beyond. Event highlights include:

  • 🚗 Rev Off & Audio Battle – Watch as cars compete in sound and performance challenges.

  • 🔥 Live Dyno Runs – See real-time engine performance tests in action.

  • 🐾 Doggy Show – A fun and family-friendly event where attendees can showcase their furry friends.

To make the weekend even better, attendees can take advantage of a 20% discount on ferry travel to the Isle of Wight, valid from May 8th to May 22nd, making it easier for car enthusiasts to attend.
